  • Eligibility for Return
      • Products may be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.

      • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items
      • Customized, made-to-order, or digital products are non-refundable unless damaged.

      • Items on clearance or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

  • Refund Process
      • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

      • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

      • Return requests must include an unboxing video for verification.

      • Incorrect colors or wrong items cannot be refunded.

      • Customers must bear the return shipping cost. We will cover shipping only when sending replacements back to you.

  • Damaged or Defective Products
      • Customized or made to order are non-refundable unless damaged.

      • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund after verification.

  • Return Shipping
      • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrong.

      • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
